registration form that you can print out. Simply fill it out and mail it in to

Driving directions:
We’re located on US 41, the Tamiami Trail, conveniently situated between Fort
Myers and Naples, Florida.
Northbound or Southbound: From Interstate 75, take Alico Rd., exit 128 (old exit
20), westbound, 2.9 miles to US 41. Turn left (south) at the lights. We’re
located just 2.5 miles south, on the right-hand (west) side of the road.
